My Stampin' Up! July Paper Pumpkin

Here is my version of the Stampin' Up! July Paper Pumpkin kit. The banner can be removed from the Tag a Bag gift bag and used as a cake topper, but is doing double duty decorating the gift bag. I was going to make the other banner in the kit into a matching card, but I liked the way this turned out so well I am going to make another one!
